The KMMG plant will maintain a friendly and productive atmosphere where each team member will be treated with dignity and respect. Each team member will be important to the success of the entire operation and will be encouraged to contribute their knowledge, experience and ideas to assist us in growing our organization. Performance expectations will be high at KMMG. Each team member is expected to produce at an optimum level and commit themselves to high-performance standards.

Team members will be required to wear appropriate attire and safety equipment while at the plant and accept individual responsibility for their own safety as well as the safety of others. Individual on-time attendance will also be critical to the success of the entire team. Kia has worked with the State of Georgia to build a $20 million training facility to help ensure that all team members will receive state-of-the-art training.
